I think Bubba's Sis is spreading the hype. :o) The Nat'l Hurricane Center is putting it into Louisiana Monday afternoon. I'm going to stick with them.
Why is channel 2's forecast different than everyone else's?
Ya caught me, cjh - I know the storm isn't coming here, but the local TV station - I won't say which one - hired me to stir up a frenzy about it. I'm going to call it a "Monster" Storm, because "Tropical" Storm sounds too fun, like a vacation. We don't want everyone sitting around with drinks with little umbrellas in them - we want them in a mad rush thru the grocery stores buying up all the bottled water and Spam!!!!!!!!!
we're sitting in Hattiesburg MS waiting on this one, too. My hubby is pretty antsy...
Is the prediction still landfall in LA?
I guess we'll get some rain here in Arkansas from it too.
