Doggie 'Do

It's HOT here - mid to upper 90's every day now - so it was time for Jax to get his summer 'do. He had gotten quite shaggy - here he is before he went to the doggie beauty shop this morning:

And here he is after:

Handsome, isn't he? And he smells much better, too. Now he can be "cool" for the summer!

10 Reasons Your Dog's Hair Cut Costs More Than Yours

10. Your hairdresser doesn't wash and clean your rear end.

9. You don't go for 8 weeks without washing or brushing your hair.

8. Your hairdresser doesn't have to give you a sanitary trim.

7. Your hairdresser doesn't have to clean your ears.

6. Your hairdresser doesn't have to clean boogies from your eyes.

5. You sit still for your hairdresser.

4. Your haircut doesn't include a manicure or pedicure.

3. Your hairdresser only washes and cuts the hair on your head.

2. You don't bite or scratch your hairdresser. (I hope not anyway).

And the Number 1 reason your dog's haircut costs more than yours....

1. The likelihood of you pooping or peeing while your hair is being cut is extremely slim.

I'd say it's worth it, wouldn't you? Happy Friday, everyone!

Well, I'll bite (ha!)....how much does it cost? 'Cause I'll be surprised if it beats mine.

But, those are all good reasons.

I'll say that's quite an improvement for the handsome little guy.

I wish my hairdresser would do those things. Well, maybe not ALL of them. ;)

I don't know about your hairdresser, but mine always starts with a butt cleaning.

This list has me howling!

Much better! And BTW I posted about my appreciation of a goo haircut at a barber shop last week.

Today I introduced my blog friends to my new nephew!

Your hairdresser doesnt wash and clean YOUR rear end? Girl you are missing out!!! Why do you think all those old women save for retirement. And you thought all they were doing was getting a "set" each week, don't be fooled.
