It's time for a new look around here - I'm playing around with this one, and it still needs some work, so bear with me. But so far.....what do you think??

I think the white text is difficult to read. Maybe try a darker color? Otherwise, it looks good!
Oh, it does look fab, but I'm with StaceyG that the white text on the blue background is hard to read. But, then again, I'm pretty old. She looks pretty young, though, so maybe it's not an old age thing.
Really? I kind-of like the white text. And I haven't figured out how to change it yet! Heh.

The grey text looks a lot better! Much easier to read, IMHO.

I came over from David's interview. When I saw your mention of your mother's breast cancer, I knew I had to visit. Then I saw your header and knew I had to have a real visit.
I lost my mother and sister to breast cander. One of my daughters and I walked last year in the Breast Cancer 3-Day walk in Seattle. This year when I registered, I set up a team: "Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Friends." Now, as it happened, neither of the two daughters I thought would walk with me can do it this year, and my friend has also bowed out. So my team is me, and I am a mother, daughter, sister, and friend, so I guess it works.
Come visit me. Click on my hat in the sidebar so I can tell you about it. It has 75 names on it now and I have about another dozen I need to to add. I would love to include your mom's name to it in survivor pink.
Oh, and I don't remember seeing your old design, but I like this one and agree that the white would have been difficult to read--if I had seen it.
Sorry I'm late gettin' around. It's been a LONG week, but I LOVE the new look. The colors are very relaxing!
