When was the last time you had your hair cut/trimmed?
Last weekend! Here are before and after pictures (ignore the fact I have on no makeup):
(Yeah, I kinda like it better longer, too.)
Soup
Name one thing you miss about being a child.
I miss Christmas just "happening". I didn't have to do a thing - the decorations were all put up, the presents wrapped, the meals prepared - it all just "happened". Now I have to do all that stuff and the "magic" isn't there anymore. I miss that.
Salad
Pick one: butter, margarine, olive oil.
BUTTER! All good Southern recipes start with a stick of butter. Just ask Paula Deen.
Main CourseIf you could learn another language, which one would you pick, and why?
Sign language - I have always thought it was so beautiful! In fact, Daughter is taking Sign Language in high school this year - it counts as a foreign language credit!
Dessert
Finish this sentence: In 5 years I expect to be…
the same age Hubby is now.

Happy Friday and... yeah, you're right. The longer is better. One good thing about getting your hair cut? It always grows back.
Have a great weekend!
My son was just telling me some friends in GA were taking sign language and I liked that idea--I told him to take that to admin and put that bug in their ear. Love it!
I think I like the shorter hair, I really do--it shows off your eyes. I'm chewin on getting a few inches gone from the back of mine, I'm just not brave. Ugh! xoxo
You just need to get used to the shorter hair, that's all. It looks good!
I miss that about Christmas too.
I actually liked your hair shorter, you look great! :-)
Here is my feast. Have a great weekend!
Like your hair, can't wait to see it in person! And your new house!
I think Bubba's Mom might disagree about Christmas just 'happening' when you were a child.
Hey... I found your blog from The Misplaced Midwesterner and I love it! The shorter hair looks good - and is much less drastic than my haircut on Thursday - I chopped off 12 inches! And I totally agree about Christmas. It will never be the same for me now that I'm in charge of creating the magic.
