This is my cat.
Yes, it appears that this IS going to be my cat after all. However Mustachio turned out to be a girl kitty, so now her name is Delilah. We fed her and she was voracious - now she gets a little bit of milk every morning and some Fancy Feast every evening. She loves me.
That's so sweet. I had a cat who kept coming around and I finally broke down and gave him (definitely a him) milk. I jinxed it when I went to the store and bought cat food. Never saw him again. I would have loved to adopt him. Most of the cats that I have owned were standoffish jerks.
I am a GRITS (Girl Raised In The South), a 3rd generation Texan with roots in Mississippi and Tennessee. I have a wonderful husband and three great kids - a son in the Navy, an daughter studying Theatre at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, and a son who plays trombone in the high school band. My mom is a three-time survivor of breast cancer - a disease that affects mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends - please click on the link below to help fund mammograms for women who can't afford them!
