This week's
Ten on Tuesday was a challenge - I really had to put some thought into this one! Here are
Ten Movies That Disappointed Me:
- Pretty in Pink - Love the movie; hate the ending. She SO should have ended up with Duckie.
- The Perfect Storm - They all died! At the end I found myself saying, "That's it?"
- Me, Myself & Irene - I love Jim Carrey, but this movie was just vile.
- Armageddon - Just dumb.
- Space Cowboys - Again, just dumb.
- Joe Dirt - Wanted this to be funny. It really wasn't.
- Eyes Wide Shut - Very weird.
- Grease 2 - Some movies just shouldn't have sequels.
- Moulin Rouge - Sorry, D - I know you love this one, but for me it was just weird.
- There's Something About Mary - I know everyone loves this movie, but I thought it was stupid.

Eyes Wide Shut, I still don't know what that was about other than to let Nicole and Tom have sex on screen. *shrugs*

I totally agree with 2, 4, and 10!!! I HATED #10 (just my opinion). I'm going to post my 10 on Tuesday in the morning. Right now, I need sleep.
Stanley Kubrick could have done so much better with Eyes Wide Shut. And btw, most movies shouldn't have sequels! :)
I saw #5...tho corny it was okay. #3...hafta agree it was vile. But, I couldn't add this to my list 'cause I figured it would be dumb before we saw it, so it wasn't a disappointment. Never saw #7...and never will. LOL
My list is up.
Coastie Bro really enjoyed Joe Dirt. He kept telling us that we needed to see it. So, when we visited him one time, we watched it with him. Um, Coastie Bro has a weird sense of humor. Not a good movie at all!
I haven't seen most of those movies. I'll count myself as lucky there. I liked Moulin Rouge though.

Thank God the only movie on your list that I've seen is Pretty in Pink.
Eyes Wide Shut has to be the worst movie I have ever seen in my life. Idiotic and horrible.
Nicole Kidman should not be allowed to pick the scripts. That or her agent should be fired.
