In H-Town again,
But instead of snow,
We only got RAIN.
Not very Christmasey weather 'round these parts - temps in the 70's and rain all day. A Bad Hair Day to say the least! One could very easily get into a Bah Humbug mood with weather like that.
But we have had a lovely Christmas Eve - a delicious meal of gumbo, salad, and hot bread with the family (Bubba, Katie Lady, and Drew Bear are here!), scrumptious mudslides to drink, one present for each kid to open (guess what was in there??), birthday cake for Jesus.....music and laughter and love all around. And tonight while we sleep? Santa comes!
