Yes, seeing a legless ostrich in its natural habitat can be as frightening as spotting one of those boneless chickens.
It's ground ostrich! I've seen lean beef too... I thought it was kind of mean to cut off two of the cow's legs, but they've got to make the stuff somehow I guess.
