No Winter Wonderland here...

Houston Metro Forecast
WARM WEATHER ALL WEEKEND!

With moisture and warmth moving into the area over the last 24 hours, we've seen high temperatures around 80 degrees. Expect this warm pattern to continue on into the weekend. However, with moisture building, we have a slight chance of showers on Saturday, and a better chance on Sunday. Each night we'll have sea fog at the coast and patchy fog inland, so be careful! It won't be until Wednesday that we see a big cool down with a cold front rolling through.

Yeah, yeah - rub it in! We have another ice storm in the forecast.

I much prefer your weather report than anything I see on the Weather Channel.

That's mean! As I sit here typing very slowly because it's cold and my knuckles are cracking (how's that for pretty) and looking out at the sea of ice and snow. Ughhh...is summer for sure over?

While I don't want it long term, I wouldn't mind having some of your weather right about now, Stacey. Snow. I miss SNOW! Ice? Not so much.

I hate this weather forecast. I want to wear my boots, dangit!

It has been miserably muggy in Aggieland too. The rain finally arrived 30 minutes ago though, and the temp has dropped the temp down to 63. I've got all the windows open so I can enjoy the smell of new rain and the cool breeze. Here's hoping you get some of this cooler weather tonight.

I have two daughters in Oklahoma City - they're in lock down with an ice storm - you're on the warm side of this front.
