Get out your pennies.....

A recent post by cjh reminded me of a fun game I have played at a couple of parties - everyone starts out with 3 pennies, then takes turns going around the room stating things they have NEVER done; everyone in the room that HAS done that thing must put one of their pennies in the pot; the last one with a penny wins! This inspired me for my new List - Ten Things I Have Never Done. Get your pennies ready!

1. I have never been arrested.
2. I have never smoked a joint.
3. I have never cooked a turkey.
4. I have never been to Europe.
5. I have never sang karaoke in public.
6. I have never given blood (other than for blood tests of my own).
7. I have never worn contacts.
8. I have never seen Napoleon Dynamite.
9. I have never had a passport.
10. I have never been to a professional football game.

Anyone have any pennies left?

Not only do I have no pennies left but I need 2 more to give you. I'm with you on #1, 2, 4, 6, and 9. Working on #9, though.

Some of yours are closely interrelated, which seems unfair. For instance not having a passport rules out europe for most people (military personnel being a possible exception). Likewise someone who smokes joints has one more reason to be arrested.

I must say that the game as I've played it is a drinking game. Everyone who has done the named activity drinks.

Hmmm, I must agree with japruf and say that I've only played this game as a drinking game.

OK, well, the few times I played this were at a Baptist Sunday school party, so that's probably why we played with pennies.....

Drinking does sound more fun.....

Let me add this one....I have never played this game as a drinking game!

HA! Did I get your last penny? :-)

I, too, not only lost all three pennies but owe you two more. Hmmm.

I owe you 6 pennies.

Never played it as a drinking game. I don't think. Maybe I have during No. 2 and that's why I don't remember.
